How do I place an order?
Simply send your favourite design to your shopping cart and continue to the checkout and follow the prompts. You will be guided step by step with written instructions
How can I contact you?
MissCreative Design Studio prefers all communication to be done via email. Having a hard/written copy of all communication(s) enables efficiency and less room for error as all requested will be documented and easy to refer back to. Verbal communication is an option if preferred, but full conversations will be recorded so no information is missed or misunderstood. Having regular communication via emails is preferred to ensure the client is going to achieve the desired outcome. Once you have placed an order with MissCreative, please check your email daily to ensure you haven’t missed any updates or communication requests.
What type of payment options are there?
Prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by Secure Checkout. Please contact us to arrange other forms of payment if necessary. Full payment is required prior to the processing of your order. An invoice will be emailed to you once your order is placed.
What if I need to make changes?
If you require changes to be made to your order and printing has commenced, a reprint charge of the total order amount will apply minus shipping costs. If you require changes to your order after you have approved a proof online, you will be charged an additional fee.
What if there is an error?
We pride ourselves in our detail and precision put into each individual item. However, occasionally an error may occur by fault of either the Client or us, MissCreative Design Studio. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout) or simply if a customer changes their mind or is not happy with the colour. Due to varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, variations will occur between the design on a monitor and the finished product. The purchaser accepts the risk of such differences. If the error is due to fault on our behalf, please accept our sincerest apologies. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
How is my order posted and packed?
All of MissCreative's orders are packaged in boxes specifically designed to protect your order. Once we have received your approved online order we guarantee to process and despatch all orders within 10 working days (where possible) or sooner when possible. MissCreative Design Studio has formed a strong relationship with Australia Post to ensure your order is delivered Australia-Wide as quickly as possible. There are two options for dispatch which will show at the time of checkout:
- Regular $10: Once your order is marked as dispatched, parcels will arrive within 5-7 working days to most major cities and towns (slightly longer for other destinations). Your order is fully traceable.
- Express $15: Once your order is marked as dispatched, parcels will arrive within 2-3 working days to most major cities and towns (slightly longer for other destinations). Your order is fully traceable.
Will my order look identical to the photo on the website?
Colours and Styles may vary from how they look on the screen due to different monitor resolutions and lighting in the photos taken. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. Samples are available to purchase for your convenience.
What is your Refunds and Remedies Policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return refund.
MissCreative Design Studio’s Refund Policy is taken direct from the Office of Fair Trading Queensland for businesses providing a service to their clients and is as follows:
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you asked for.
But you can choose to cancel your contract, and receive a refund for unconsumed services, if the service has a major problem. This is when the service:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it
- Is substantially unfit for its common purpose, and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time
- Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable time
- Creates an unsafe situation
If you choose to continue with the contract, you can ask us to compensate you for any difference in the value of the services we provided and what you paid.
If the problem is not major, we will fix it within a reasonable time. If it is not fixed within this time, you can choose to have someone else fix the problem and recover all reasonable costs from us. If the problem cannot be fixed, we view it as a major problem.
Please keep proof of your agreement – e.g. your invoice or quote.
What if I change my mind and need to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order once a proof has already been supplied, we will refund your order total minus a 10% for processing/design fee. Cancellations on orders after production has commenced and approval has been received will incur a 15% processing/design/production fee. MissCreative Design Studio reserves the right to add any of these charges to a client's account where necessary and/or cancel orders at our discretion.

What is the quickest way I can get my order?
If you require your order urgently, simply add our Urgent Order service to your order for an additional fee in the shopping cart and our team will have your order printed, packed and dispatched the within 4 days after approval and payment have been received. Delivery is then via your chosen method.
Why isn’t my photo suitable?
The message you are receiving is because your image is of a low resolution / DPI, as such it will not print optimally. You can still use that image; however we cannot guarantee a high print result. We recommend images that have a DPI of at least 300 and that have been taken with good lighting.
Is there a size limit for photos?
There is a 50mb size limit for uploaded images.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most of our designs have a minimum order quantity of 10 (20 for custom designs), which makes it easy to organize even the smallest of parties.
Can I order a sample?
Samples can be ordered by clicking the “Order a Sample” button on each product page.
Wedding & Invitation Questions
How many invites should I order?
When placing invitation orders, consider ordering at least 5-10 more blank invitations than you need as backup in case you need more, lose, or damage any.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. All wording on the website is an example only. Please contact MissCreative with the wording of your choice and we will create a proof which will be emailed to you for approval prior to printing. Remember to double check all spelling.
Can I add guest’s names to my invitations?
Yes, we can certainly print your invitations with individual guest names on Wedding Invitations and Stationery only. Please select the Guest Name Personalisation optional extra before placing your order.
What happens if I didn’t order enough?
We keep custom designed artworks and invitations for orders up to three months. During this time, you can reorder invitations.
Are the back of the cards blank?
The back of your cards will be printed with a small copyright © MissCreative Design Studio logo. This is printed on the bottom middle edge of the card. You may wish to choose to write above this in a ballpoint pen. All our cards can be handwritten on.
Can I write on the card?
Yes our cards can be written on using a non-inky ballpoint pen. The paper we use has a smooth, silk finish and does not have a gloss coating. We recommend ordering a spare card to test your pen.
Business Questions
Do you arrange printing for orders?
We currently do not arrange the printing of your order. We will supply you with all the electronic files compatible with most printing companies for your future printing needs.
Do I have ownership of the custom design once I have paid for it?
Once you have approved and paid for your custom design, MissCreative Design Studio will not use it for any other company/business other than your own. We do have some template designs that many business’ can use, if you have chosen one of these then you will not have exclusive use of the design.
